Rol de apoyo a la inclusión pedagógica para estudiantes con necesidades especiales

Children with special needs are those who may need extra help due to a medical, emotional, or learning problem. The incidence of the teacher in optimizing student learning occurs in two main ways: a technical way and a relational way. It is not enough to be technical in the content to be taught, but also in the strategies to facilitate learning. The methodology used is part of a documentary bibliographical review, dealing with issues raised at a theoretical level such as the definition of Special Needs addressed to students and framing the research in the role played by the support of pedagogical inclusion in educational matters. . Identifying the special educational needs (SEN) of a student from the first school year is very important to promote the comprehensive development of the child and his adaptation to life, in order to give a compensatory educational response from the diagnosis and definition of the vision and vision , to the management and planning of all activities to promote the development of school management. It is a comprehensive action of administrators, teachers, support staff, psychological areas, service personnel, mothers, fathers, students. Given this position, the strategies must move actors and resources in the same direction for the holistic development of their infants, which is reflected in the approach developed under the Open Access initiative and in the changes in the short, medium and long term.

La incidencia del profesor en la optimización del aprendizaje de los alumnos se produce por dos vías principales: por una vía técnica y por una vía relacional. No basta con ser técnico en los contenidos a impartir, sino también en las estrategias de facilitación del aprendizaje. La metodología utilizada se enmarca dentro de una revisión bibliográfica de tipo documental, ocupándonos de temas planteados a nivel teórico como es la definición de Necesidades Especiales direccionada a los estudiantes y enmarcar la investigación en el rol que desempeña el apoyo de la inclusión pedagógica en materia educativa. Identificar las necesidades educativas especiales (NEE) de un alumno desde el primer curso escolar es muy importante para favorecer el desarrollo integral del niño y su adaptación a la vida, para poder dar una respuesta educativa compensatoria desde el diagnóstico y definición de la visión y visión, hasta la gestión y planificación de todas las actividades para impulsar el desarrollo de la gestión escolar. Es una acción integral de administradores, docentes, personal de apoyo, áreas psicológicas, personal de servicio, madres, padres, estudiantes.
