For the elaboration of this review, 10 high-quality and up-to-date bibliographical references were consulted and belong to prestigious journals on the subject. It addresses its importance and difference with the organizational culture, which is what identifies one company from the other and permanent in time while the climate is variable. The gender variable was also considered in order to observe the incidence of it in the Organizational Climate. On the other hand, its measurement is exposed through different models that are based on the use of questionnaires or surveys, as an evaluative tool, there is no universal model, since the dimensions of the CLIO vary and depend on the problem that you want to investigate in the companies.El Clima Organizacional (CLIO) es la percepción que se tiene del ambiente de un sistema organizacional donde se interrelacionan factores organizacionales e individuales de sus miembros, siendo Litwin y Stringer en 1968 los primeros autores en conceptualizar el clima organizacional bajo la perspectiva perceptual. Para la elaboración de dicha revisión se consultaron 10 referencias bibliográficas de alto calidad y actualización y que pertenecen a prestigiosas revistas del tema. Se aborda su importancia y diferencia con la cultura organizacional, que es la que identifica a una empresa de la otra y permanente en el tiempo mientras que el clima es variable. Fue considerada así mismo la variable género con la finalidad de observar la incidencia del mismo en el Clima Organizacional.
