Summary: The Organizational Climate (CLIO) is the perception of the environment of an organizational system where organizational and individual factors of its members interrelate, being Litwin and Stringer in 1968 the first authors to conceptualize the organizational climate under the perceptual perspective. For the elaboration of this review, 10 high-quality and up-to-date bibliographical references were consulted and belong to prestigious journals on the subject. It addresses its importance and difference with the organizational culture, which is what identifies one company from the other and permanent in time while the climate is variable. The gender variable was also considered in order to observe the incidence of it in the Organizational Climate. On the other hand, its measurement is exposed through different models that are based on the use of questionnaires or surveys, as an evaluative tool, there is no universal model, since the dimensions of the CLIO vary and depend on the problem that you want to investigate in the companies.
