Summary: Graduation rate was studied in the period 1995 - 2005 in URACCAN Bilwi, describing some factors that affect the low percentage of degree. The research is quantitative. It has a documentary and descriptive character. The techniques were applied through surveys to graduates and document review through academic registry statistics. Among the findings we emphasize that in the URACCAN-Bilwi, from a total of 1,628 students admitted during the period that was analyzed, 752 graduated, which means 38% of graduation rate, despite monitoring plans that were implemented to maximize the graduation processes. The study contributed to the efficiency rate achieved, factors why graduates have failed terminal efficiency, how we have facilitated new strategies as well as a proposal with a set of corrective measures to improve terminal efficiency rates.
