It can be concluded that the management of the process of financing local development in the province of Pinar del Río is characterized by being asystematic and disjointed, limiting the use of local resources and closing the cycle of local strategic planning. In addition, the existence of territorial planning tools that establish the basis for the management of the financing process is not identified. |
