This is based on the historical signifi-cance and the social and political situation on the ground, defined as first thematic meeting of the Congress Lands and Sovereignties which appears as the possibility of building mandates from the communities and towns on the form of owners-hip, distribution, possession and use of land and territory in the country and all that that means. |
