However, in this opportunity it will focus on an analysis of the theories of learning according to authors such as Vigotsky, Ausubel and Giordan, and based on these theoretical references will be described how higher levels of learning are evidenced by first semester law students. For this end, it has been used the learning levels established by the Colectivo Urdimbre research group as a base.El presente artículo de reflexión es resultado de la investigación realizada para optar al título de magíster en educación1. El estudio tuvo como objetivo general analizar las características del discurso empleado por el docente en los procesos evaluativos y su relación con el fomento del aprendizaje de los estudiantes de primer semestre de derecho. Pero en esta oportunidad se analizarán las teorías de aprendizaje de autores como Vigotsky, Ausubel y Giordan, y a partir de estos referentes teóricos, se describirá cómo se evidencian niveles de aprendizaje de orden superior en estudiantes de primer semestre de Derecho.
