Thus, this research is a contribution linked to the studies that suggest fundamental rights as the main focus of attention for authorities. This investigation is based on each of the constitutions in force in Mexico, under the doctrine of Human Rights, Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedural Law and with some of the most relevant statements of the Supreme Court of Justice of the nation and of some of its ministers.Este artículo tiene como objetivo mostrar que sí hay posibilidades para que el bloque de constitucionalidad en México sea más amplio al agregar los derechos fundamentales establecidos en algunas de las 32 Constituciones de las entidades federativas que no se reconocen explícitamente en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, para ello se debe analizar bajo la premisa: solo se deben considerar los que el Estado tenga capacidad y recursos para cumplir. Por ende, es una aportación unida a los estudios que proponen a los derechos fundamentales como principal eje de atención de las autoridades.
