There is a black market through which these materials are supplied, to which must also be added the illicit sale of chemical precursors for the clandestine manufacture of drugs.Los materiales de doble uso son productos, materiales o componentes que se utilizan legalmente en la industria civil y militar, pero que, a su vez, son empleados en el ámbito de la delincuencia organizada, para la fabricación de explosivos y armas de destrucción masiva (ADM). Se trata de materiales cuya comercialización está controlada por ley dado el riesgo que supone su doble uso en las citadas actividades ilícitas.
