In the field of Constitutional Law, however, this notion has not had a precise technical development, despite the fact that there are many cases of sacrificial interference in fundamental rights. This article aims to correctly situate the sacrifice of rights within the framework of the theory of restrictions on fundamental rights. This task can contribute, in my opinion, to outline, from a pragmatic point of view, the meaning of some of the essential categories of the dogmatics of fundamental rights.La idea de sacrificio, como injerencia legítima en la esfera de otro individuo con el propósito de obtener un bien mayor a su costa, es una vieja conocida del derecho civil, del derecho administrativo y del derecho penal. En el ámbito del derecho constitucional esta noción no ha tenido, sin embargo, un desarrollo técnico preciso, a pesar de que existen abundantes supuestos de injerencia sacrificial en derechos fundamentales. El presente artículo pretende ubicar correctamente el sacrificio de derechos en el marco de la teoría de las restricciones de los derechos fundamentales.
