This work offers an interpretation key around the application and validity of Human Rights in Colombia. The situations of abuse of the population by the state and various actors in the conflict show the country's social crisis, impunity for such crimes and the lack of implementation of a culture of peace. In this way, addressing the nature of Fundamental Rights today raises the question of their legitimacy, if they could be considered as an instrument of ideological domination, as elements of struggle or, on the contrary, the legal defense of the same is it supports a hermetic and corrupt legislative apparatus. |
