The convenant marriage is a current issue in our society. More and more marriages are choosing to
proceed by using the autonomy of the will to self-regulate the effects both personal and patrimonial arising from
their union or their future break. There are several instruments available to carry out this task. In the Spanish
legal system there is no precise and complete regulation said concept apart from the municipal rights that have
been passed on the matter. It is an eminently practical subject that hopes to solve problems, avoid future conflicts
and is a response to the new demands that exist in a family law. |
