description
Coronary appendages are a common theme treated by society, debating whether the functions of the coronary heart considerably affect the functioning of the human body. The coronation is monitored from the next morning until the longevity of the human being. Cardiac insufficiency (IC) is a clinical syndrome characterized by different signs and typical symptoms, caused by a reduction in cardiac output or an increase in intracardiac pressures, due to structural abnormalities in the cardiovascular system. In clinical practice, the reconnaissance of the classic cases on their own is difficult, but it is possible to understand all the concepts that underlie this syndrome in a definition that is complicated. As long as common signs and symptoms are present, patients can present with the asymptomatic cardiac anomaly. Recently, with the pandemic propagation of the SARS-COV-2 virus and the confirmation that the occasion COVID-19 is centered on the people with IC can prove that science demonstrates a direct relationship between comorbidities such as this and the pregnancy of contagion of virus. For this reason, he has published the latest scientific publications published on the topic of stimulating and synthesizing the general topics associated with the diagnosis and treatment of IC. It is a descriptive, transversal, bibliographic study that concludes a revision of the scientific publications of academic documents of value recognized by the medical society such as PUBMed, Scielo, Elseiver and the virtual libraries managed by Google. The prevention and control of ICs of a population represents a contribution to the quality of life of the population. In the contemporary history of a full-fledged assessment of the cardiovascular consequences that caused the pandemic by COVID-19, it has not yet reached medical consensus regarding the consequences during the illness. Insists on updating and monitoring the distances demonstrated by the IC to coincide with the healing of the medical sciences and responsibilities acquired as essential elements of human health.
