Summary: |
Spanish universities occasionally issue institutional statements in which they pronounce
themselves for or against certain political causes. In the last few years, the question whether
universities are legally authorized or not to produce this kind of statements has been raised.

these statements, whereas the latter hold that they damage it. In this essay, both arguments
are presented and evaluated. |
