The objective of this research was to determine the convenience of the Amicus Curiae in the Special Jurisdiction for Peace in Colombia, as specific objectives we had: To carry out a normative, doctrinal and jurisprudential analysis on the concepts of the Amicus Curiae; its regulation in other legislations and carry out a statistical survey in focus groups in the city of Cartagena de Indias to establish the perception of Cartagena lawyers specialized in Administrative Law, of the concepts of the Amicus Curiae in the Special Jurisdiction for Peace in Colombia. The research is socio-legal, the applied method was quantitative; Applied surveys were statistically analyzed; having said surveys as primary sources. As findings we have that the participation of foreign jurists in the Special Justice of Peace, enjoys acceptance by the majority of respondents, considering them beneficial. |
