This research is justified in the face of scientific evolution in the sphere of human reproduction. Faced with the figure of the human embryo, the first manifestation of life, the Law, as a science, is obliged to present ever faster and more accurate solutions about the most varied theories about the beginning of life. This article, which uses the theoretical survey as a research method, discusses the rights of personality, life and affiliation of embryos. It is necessary to ensure that future generations respect the rights of embryos, without any doubt as to the applicability of such rights. It is the duty of jurists to promote these themes in respect to the commitment of law to guarantee a harmonious life in society, a fact that justifies this research. |
