With this body of ideas, they are tested its most outstanding philosophical arguments in the face of possible adaptation to the Colombian realityEste artigo analisa a filosofia orçamento de Immanuel Kant, sobre a guerra e a paz, a fim de encontrar neste entendimento teórico de referência do conflito armado colombiano e sua rescisão. Para este fim, o trabalho é basicamente desenha no estudo de textos em que o filósofo de Konigsberg, Kant, dirigiu seu pensamento sobre o conflito, a guerra e a paz. Com este conjunto de idéias, são testados os seus argumentos filosóficos mais destacados em face da possível adaptação à realidade colombiana.Este artículo analizará el presupuesto filosófico de Immanuel Kant sobre la guerra y la paz, con el propósito de hallar en ésta referencia teórica la comprensión del conflicto armado colombiano y su terminación. Para ello, en el trabajo se recurre básicamente al estudio de los textos en los que el filósofo de konigsberg, Kant, oriento su pensamiento acerca del conflicto, la guerra y la paz.
