Summary: Abstract: COVID-19 is an infectious disease that can cause significant short and long term respiratory and physical dysfunctions that require Physiotherapy adapted to the needs of each patient prior to an evaluation. Objective: To determine the respira-tory functional condition of post-Covid-19 patients, through the use of virtual environments. Methodology: Quantitative approach, descriptive scope, non-experimental design, cross section and population sample of 82 patients between 20 and 65 years of age, belonging to the Monte Sinaí Hospital in Guayaquil ́s city. Results: Through WhatsApp application and evaluation link, it was verified that majority of the evaluated population was male between 50 and 59 years of age, hy-pertension stands out among the pre-existing pathologies; 57% of evaluated patients have an average index in the aerobic capacity (Sit to stand); 33% have grade 1 dyspnea when walking (mMRC) and 70% of the population indicates that they have a high degree of fatigue that infers in the activities daily life (IBF). Conclusion: The post Covid-19 patients evaluated have a deficit in their respiratory functional condition, with the evident presence of dyspnea and moderate fatigue, these symptoms with the acuteness of their pathological antecedents interfere in their daily life activities. The use of virtual envi-ronments becomes an excellent option and opportunity for TV-rehabilitation.
