Lastly,the existing particularities in the field of social jurisdiction are addressed, especially in those cases in which it is declared that the detective has not respected the fundamental rights of the investigated.En el presente trabajo se analiza la prueba de detectives y cómo esta se ha visto afectada por la entrada en vigor del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos. En primer lugar, se estudian los requisitos que se derivan de la normativa en materia de seguridad privada. A continuación, se examinan el derecho a la protección de datos y las novedades en cuanto a su regulación.
