The work is based on the analysis of 55 interviews with government authorities, parliamentarians, think tanks, and social leaders linked to migrant communities. The discourses analysis was organized in the two dimensions of the migration policy, the first referring to the conditions for the admissibility of migrants and the second to the conditionality associated with the access to rights once migrants have been admitted. It concludes with a typology of four discursive models on the he conception of the migration policy in each of these axes.El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar los discursos sobre la política migratoria que existen en los actores políticos y sociales que componen el campo político chileno. Para ello el trabajo indaga los elementos que componen el discurso más que en las posiciones de los distintos actores. Se basa en el análisis de 55 entrevistas a autoridades del poder ejecutivo, parlamentarios, centros de pensamiento y dirigentes sociales vinculados a los colectivos migrantes. El análisis de los discursos se organizó en las dos dimensiones de la política migratoria: la primera referida a los requisitos de la admisibilidad al territorio, y la segunda a la condicionalidad para el acceso a derechos una vez que los migrantes han sido admitidos.
