El contenido del artículo se compone de la competencia del tribunal para controlar la constitucionalidad de las elecciones, los procedimientos ante el tribunal, las formas en que el tribunal puede intervenir en los resultados de las elecciones y los requisitos previos para dicha intervención judicial.
