This analysis aims to determine if these regulations have achieved their respective objectives.A lo largo de este escrito se hace una descripción y análisis de las normas que se han expedido en Colombia, así como de los pronunciamientos jurisprudenciales que buscan erradicar cualquier forma de discriminación contra la mujer y la comunidad LGBTI en el ámbito laboral, promoviendo el acceso al empleo, la igualdad salarial, y la estabilidad laboral, por medio de la consagración de prohibiciones como el despido de la mujer embarazada, diferenciación de trato injustificada, acoso laboral y sexual, y la creación de obligaciones para el empleador, como el registro de trabajadores por sexo y la garantía de igualdad material en la remuneración.
