A principle that will evolve into a virtual version. Secondly, we have analyzed, since we consider that it may be one of the greatest advances in the field of post-covid Justice19, the development that online out-of-court dispute resolution can present and the challenge of incorporating artificial intelligence into these solutionsLa pandemia causada por el virus COVID-19 ha tenido, y tendrá durante un tiempo, importantes repercusiones. El mundo de la justicia no será ajeno a estos cambios. La tecnología será el gran aliado estratégico en la evolución de una justicia menos presencial y más telemática. Es por ello que en el presente trabajo hemos estudiado, en primer lugar, la incidencia sobre el principio de inmediación, característico de las formas de obtener justicia.
