Internationally, fashion has been a subject of
study through Intellectual Property; however, in
Colombia fashion protection has not been subject of deep debate. Through this article, the
forms of fashion protection under Colombian
Law, namely copyright and Industrial Designs
are examined. Moreover, the real use and efficiency of the protection through copyright and/
or Industrial Design. As a conclusion, you may
find fashion designers are facing a long path before obtaining a real protection for their designs. |
