Furthermore, the dangerous nature of Space activities has resulted in a liability regime particular to this area of Law. The following article studies the liability issues of Space Law by analyzing the Convention on International Liability for Damage Caused by Space Objects and the international law instruments that complements it. In addition, the article promotes a deeper study of insurance of orbiting satellites, as well as, the launching process of elements into space.El Derecho del Espacio Ultraterrestre es una rama del Derecho internacional, desconocida para muchos pero usada por todos, puesto que en la actualidad el fenómeno de la comunicación se desarrolla en gran parte gracias a las herramientas que son enviadas al espacio exterior. Esta rama del Derecho tiene un régimen de responsabilidad propio pues la actividad espacial es una operación riesgosa. En efecto, en el presente artículo se estudiará la responsabilidad en el Derecho Espacial; para ello se analizará el Convenio sobre la responsabilidad internacional por daños causados por objetos espaciales y los instrumentos internacionales que lo complementan.
