To know this issue and find an effective strategy that treat this problem, we will analyze the concept and treatment of equal pay at the regulatory level, starting from the perspectives of international law, european law and state law, and later, on proven optics, address a series of considerations on the common scheme that the current Equality Plans of companies follow, whose main goal is to ensure that the salary is fair and effectively received, because although there are regulations whose purpose is to promote equal pay, There is still a lack of effective regulatory and planning development in this sector to eradicate the assumptions of female discrimination based on disability.En el presente artículo, se tratarán las carencias jurídicas y procedimentales existentes en la lucha contra la desigualdad salarial de las trabajadoras con discapacidad por cuenta ajena.
