Summary: The importance of this investigation lays in the contribution to the scientific knowledge from an analytic perspective of the work environment in which the health employee works. It is known that the quality of the relations and interactions between the agents through the health service process have a direct repercussion in the work of the whole network. Its approach was quantitative. Its principal aim was to determine the influence of the work environment in the administration of the Condorcanqui Health Network, Amazonas, 2016. The study was non experimental, and its design was correlational, transectional, causal. 50 officers from the Condorcanqui Health Network, Amazonas, were selected for this investigation as sample; two questionnaires, both trustworthy and validated for field information collection were applied; the obtained information was processed using the statistical software for social sciences SPSS V23. The results are shown in statistical tables and in theoretical texts. The result obtained with regards to the Work Environment and Administrative Management in the Condorcanqui Health Network, Amazonas - 2016, using the Kendall rank correlation Coefficient is 0.29, with level of significance minor than 1 % of the standard significance (P < 0.01). Therefore, the hypothesis is confirmed, that the work environment significantly influences the administrative management of the Condorcanqui Health Network, Amazonas - 2016. The variable “Work Environment” presents a favorable level in 64 % and the variable “Administrative Management” presents a very efficient level in 64.33 %.
