Summary: |
Transhumanism is a certain way of thinking about the future, based
on the conviction that the human being in his current constitution does not mean the end of
the development of humanity but, rather, its early phase. This movement reflects the
fundamental dilemma of modernity, that is, to what extent the preservation of human
tradition can legitimize the imposition of restrictions and limitations on the development of
science. The text, based on the ethical foundation of transhumanist ideology, analyzes its
influence on the creation and application of law. |
