In the absence of specific regulations on this rnatter, which are considered very necessary, Land Regisuars, in daily practice, follow land registry valuation criteria about which a series of critical reflections and legeftrenda proposals are made in this paper.Teniéndose en cuenta que el Registro de la Propiedad es público, mas no una fuente de libre acceso, se realiza un detenido análisis acerca de cómo conciliar armónicamente la publicidad registral con el derecho fundamental a la protección de los datos de carácter personal que obran en dicho Registro.
