Summary: The current review article has as essential that the speed to be a fundamental element in justice, it is necessary to have clear rules by which people are governed when seeking protection of their fundamental rights, the vulnerability of not complying with the guidelines proposed in the legal documents that govern judicial proceedings. Thus, when worrying about procedural speed, and the inclusion of procedural principles such as concentration, contradiction, immediacy in our procedural legal norm and in turn to configure such speed, made them forget the right to effective judicial protection and due process that are fundamental bases for the exercise of a process.
