This article will analyze the parameter of regularity control, constitutional as the new paradigm that emerges precisely as a mechanism for judicial control and protection of human rights following the constitutional reform of June 6, 2011 and the judgments against of the Mexican state, in particular, to file number 912/2010, formed on the occasion of the judgment issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights RosendoRadilla Pacheco against the Mexican State and a series of issues before our Mexican Constitutional Court, as are: an amparo suit, an unconstitutional action; a contradiction of thesis 293/2011, that came to establish this new paradigm of the control of constitutional regularity, subject, in our opinion, to future revisions. A new paradigm that makes us reflect on the constitutional future in our country. |
