However, the obligations of the States Parties regarding Water are not entirely clear and they are accumulated in international instruments in a diffuse and disorderly manner; so this work, aims to outline the international obligations of States arising from the legal nature of the concept of water as law, in order to identify clearly and organized their derivations and the factual circumstances from which they arise. |
