En un inicio, presentará los matices alrededor de su concepto. Luego, hablará de la clasificación que estas tienen, según su punto de vista y el que establece la normativa. Después, detallará las fases de las APP, enfocándose específicamente en un par de ellas.Finalmente, hablará de los actores involucrados en las APP, de acuerdo a cada una de las fases de las mismas.
