The precautionary principle is related to the danger of expulsion concepts and security of future generations, as well as environmental sustainability of human activities. The Precautionary Principle is the basis for lawsuits that have as their object the urgency to prevent the development of certain activities considered potentially harmful to the environment current and future generations and these must be applied to reverse burden of proof. Precaution and the time at the current Risk Society, must be directly interconnected, walking in the same direction at the same speed. |
