El ámbito de protección en el derecho penal económico
This research presents a position on current criteria on economic crime and risks of punitive expansionism, which is a matter of debate in the most advanced theory. We stress the importance of developing a preventive and minimalist policy of State to achieve the protection of its economic interests.
