Summary: Biographical and professional sketch of Eduardo Callejo de la Cuesta. Most of the study focuses on their professional activity with special emphasis on the performance of public tasks. During the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera he held several positions at the consistorial level, later Callejo de la Cuesta was Minister of Public Instruction and Fine Arts from 1925 to 1930. Finally, before the end of the Spanish Civil War he was part of the General Commission of Codification in the section of civil and commercial law and in the 1940s, he acted as State Councilor, organ of which he became president.
