Given the co-responsibility that we have as subjects, society and State facing the integral protection of the rights of children and adolescents, it is necessary to reflect on those who do not have parental care or are at risk of losing it. The objective of this article was to perform an analysis on substitute households as a measure to protect and restore the rights of children and adolescents in Colombia, and at the same time a reflection on situations where the revictimization of children and the causes that have originated them, so that correctives necessaries be made in order to help them grow in a healthy environment, allowing them a harmonious and integral development, in accordance with the constitutional mandate of article 44 and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. |
