Summary: |
The labor and social labour audit is a tool of personnel management, human resources and labor relations, unknown to most organizations, no longer a technical challenge for the future capable of providing very wide and varied benefits, both for those who manage them directly, and indirectly to all those who may be affected by it. This article delves into it as a matter of debate, the analysis of the degree of convergence between the visions of the different actors have difficulties applying the social and labor audit as a tool for Human Resources Management and Labour Relationships. To do this, it takes as an empirical basis the results obtained so far in an investigation developed from the University of Valencia, where from the case study of two companies it has been able to analyze this degree of overlap. |
