In what we call immune organicism, the State, as a biological organism, implemented a therapy for diseases that could have infected it.El objetivo de este artículo es aportar elementos para construir una comprensión del uso de la metáfora orgánica durante los totalitarismos (Italia y Alemania). El Estado orgánico fue configurado como un cuerpo necesitado de inmunización frente a los sujetos que lo pudieran poner en peligro.
