Summary: This article aims to explore the relationship between personality, values and the criminal motivation of the hitman in Mexico. The information is collected through a scale of estimation applied to twenty-two experts in criminal psychology - thirteen psychologists, eight criminologists and a security chief prison - with at least two years of experience in the diagnosis and/or treatment of population sicarial in prisons, justice agencies, commission on human rights and specialized prosecutor's offices of the States of Michoacán, Guerrero, Aguascalientes, Nayarit, Chihuahua, and Baja California. The results obtained allow to identify the relationship between the personality characteristics of the sicarial figure, with values and criminal motivations of its socio-cultural context.
