El procedimiento administrativo de gasto ante las nuevas leyes de procedimiento administrativo
Summary: The recent administrative procedure laws (Ley de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas and Ley de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público) have set a new framework for the Public Administration relations and their operation, both internal relations (between diferent administrations) and external relations (involving citizens). This article is aimed to make an approach to the effects of the new framework in the process of spending regulated in budget spending rules. More concretely, inside the technologies of relation between the administrations, the LRJSP regulates the sectorial conferences and the agreements of collaboration, two instruments of cardinal transcendency in the joint of the financial relations between administrations and with great impact in the expense of the AGE.
