This work aims at approaching the flagrant unconstitutionality in the determination of holidays and religious symbols in Brazil, which reflect only one of the beliefs declared in the country, as well the adoption of crucifixes in public offices, while the minority that follows other religions does not have its rights promptly recognized, resorting to the Courts to deal with the fundamental rights proclaimed by the Constitution, in order to correct inequalities and make the recognition of the fundamental human rights to religious freedom. |
