La regulación del régimen económico matrimonial en el ordenamiento jurídico rumano
This article seeks to analyse how Romanian law regulates matrimonial property regimes in its new Civil Code. It takes into account the growing presence of Romanians in Spain and how Private international law rules could provoke the application of Romanian law by Spanish law operators.
