Summary: This article provides reflections about human rights violations in the twentieth century. After a brief historic, it is analyzed the appearance and awareness of these rights now days, even though they continue to be neglected and affronted. Remembering that humanity has watched a long duty enforcement only giving space to the rights in the last two centuries. The disregard of the human rights in capitalistic and communist regimes is studied, as well as the insertion of these rights in to the different legislation of the States.
