Summary: |
The Declaration of Bologna of 1999 initiates a process of construction of the European Space of Higher education in the Universities of Europe -EEES– although they have chosen someone to go out of this conversion-. This process initiates across three key reforms: the restructuring of the careers and qualifications, a new system of credits and new teaching methodologies. In this work we take as a starting point that the juridical studies, for his specification, should have stayed out of this conversion (as it has been done by the qualifications of Medicine, Engineering and Pharmacy). Since there is no return – for the time being - we check some of the strategies of teaching innovation - learning and of evaluation of competences - that turn into one of the props of the EEES. |
