Summary: Certain banking practice generally accepted to come covered in contracts drawn up unilaterally by the bank itself, violate both user rights as the very rules governing the financial field. Among the wide variety of banking contracts, we focus on the study of contract discount is especially relevant where the charging of fees for repayment of unpaid bills and implementation of a high percentage interest in the operation well above the legal interest of money. In this paper we provide some solutions for the defense customer/consumer cope with the demands of implementation processes based on discount policies and enforcement.
