From this, the Convention applies the unified system of remedies. This system has also been adopted by modern instruments of contract law replacing the rules governing the latent defects, which has been traditionally adopted by the codes of civil law tradition.Este artículo analiza la falta de conformidad en la compraventa a partir de su regulación en la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Contratos de Compraventa Internacional de Mercaderías, en la que la entrega de cosas de parte del vendedor al comprador por defectos de cantidad, calidad y tipo, constituye un supuesto de incumplimiento contractual, a partir del cual le aplica el sistema unificado de remedios.
