Summary: |
This document analyzes in first place, the different budgets that support the prosecution of
international crimes, both in the field of international conducts and from the perspective of international jurisdiction built against the most serious crimes against humanity. Second, it
analyses the national context which is summarized in the internal conflict variable, organized
crime, and the current relations between the two types of crime in Colombia, facing both substantial
and procedural criminal measures derived from the external influence of international
instruments such as the Rome Statute of 17 July 1998, for the establishment of the International
Criminal Court. Finally, it examines advances and the possible eligibility of a situation
under the knowledge of the Court, particular in relation to complaints made known to the
international agency, eligibility factors, its interpretation in the specific case and the ways that
the international body establishes on the colombian situation. |
