Thus, this research will focus on items that, in our view, have been central in the configuration of the denominated danno alla salute and biologico as comparable categories to the wellknown personal injury, that permit defending a clear match between both categories of damagesEl principal móvil de nuestra investigación es traer a colación brevemente parte del arduo debate que desde hace más de tres décadas ha concitado en Italia la admisión del resarcimiento del daño a la salud, singular construcción jurisprudencial cuya primogénita pretensión fue el reconocimiento en dicho sistema de los daños corporales en forma independiente de las clásicas categorías de daño patrimonial y moral, y que terminó transformándose en la escusa necesaria para atacar la rigidez normativa del artículo 2059 del Código Civil italiano.
