This article shows the results of the research carried out about the right to love from the legal
perspective, with respect to intimate personal relationships. As part of the conclusion, the
right to be alone is recognized, as well as, the right to have a partner, which can be identified
through three aspects: sexuality, marriage and possession; but, in addition, the article emphasizes
the findings of the research about the use of love as a strategy of war. The family is
derived from the love of a couple, which in turn manifests into childrens right to receive love,
the obligation of the parents to give it, the role of love in human development, and the love
that children receive from other relatives such as grandparents and siblings; as well as the
right to love that people have even if they are deprived of their liberty. |
